Biodigester

We just hooked up our biodigester which will divert our organic waste away from landfill!
The digester uses enzymes to break food waste into liquid that goes into the sewer.
We have checks in place to reduce as much waste as we can, but there will always be some. Now our organic waste will be broken down onsite. For our sustainability initiative Greener Fields Together we been recording our waste; so this time next year we’ll have an idea of the biodigester’s impact.
